Do i have to pay for my dog to stay or only if he does something bad?

OK im staying at a hotel but i have a dog and his name is Louie his my life i love him with all my heart so the hotel im staying at is called Holiday Inn El Tropicano River walk and i went to a website that said its a pet friendly hotel but then is says this

Pets welcome, with Guests’ accepting responsibility for noise and/or damage.$125.00 Deposit. $25 nonrefundable

Does that mean i have to pay for him or only when he rips something up or what? Please help me and Thank You for every1 that post an answer.

it means that you are technically paying $25 for him to stay with you in the hotel. They are taking $125 as a deposit, in case he destroys something .They want the money a head of time so people do not refuse to pay if their pet ruins something(the hotel already has your money).

  1. It means that you have to pay $125 when you check in. It is guaranteed you will NOT get $25 of it back – the hotel keeps that.

The other $100 is at the hotel’s discretion if your dog damages the room. If he doesn’t damage anything, then you will get the $100 back.

  2. I would call and ask someone at the Hotel because that’s kind of hard to tell…

  4. It means you put down a deposit of $125 and you get back all but $25 if everything is fine when you leave.

More and more hotels are not accepting pets because people let their dogs poop and pee all over the place, give the dogs baths in the hotel bathtub, go off and leave them unattended in the rooms so they bark incessantly, and don’t pick up the poop in the exercise area. Be a responsible dog owner and leave the hotel looking like your dog was never there.

  5. You have to pay up front. You will only get $100 back IF he doesn’t damage anything or become a nuisance.

  6. It means they want 125$ and will return all but the 25$ providing your animal does no damage to the room.

Call another pet friendly place that may return entire deposit

  7. You are giving them $125.00. $100.00 you will get back if there is no damage or noise complaints.

$25.00 of the deposit you will not get back. That is to cover any extra cleaning of pet hair etc.
